Re: Studio setting - ErgRace to combine performance stats for live display?
Without knowing exactly what happens at RowHouse, all i can suggest is the team facility in ErgRace. I don't know exactly how many you can have in a team, but it will combine everyone's split into an average single entity boat. Without more than 1 boat, it'll look pretty boring on a screen, so perha...

Re: 2025 World Rowing Indoor Championships
Does anyone understand how the ranking works on the WRICH25 open heats? I have a ranking number of 3, with a fairly ordinary time for a 2k. I'm ranked 3 out of what? In what? It can't be 50-54MLWT. Edit: Nevermind, i believe i worked it out. I think it is the ranking in the C2 logbook based on your ...

Re: heard a bang whilst rowing
Or a video from Concept2 on how to replace practically everything that is part of the drivetrain on the erg.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PVn3VgKatXM
By far the best repair howto video i have ever found for RowErg.

ErgData doesn't have racing facilities yet. You need ErgRace (Online), EXR or an equivalent. Anything else is just time trials.

Re: 2025 World Rowing Indoor Championships
Where does it state that the age bracket is based on the day of the race? Which race in particular, since there are heats? If it's every race, can you change age brackets mid-competition if you have a birthday?

Why are you still using Venue Race? Is there something there that the newer ErgRace2 doesn't offer?

Re: New (March 2024?) PM5 with USB-C no USB-A or USB-B
Big question, will it still support USB-C sticks and wired upgrades? Probably need to use an USB-C to USB-A OTG cable for a USB2 stick. I'd be surprised if this doesn't still work. I believe USB-C flash drives are a whole new beast, hence the incompatibility. So i was surprised. I got confirmation ...

Re: New (March 2024?) PM5 with USB-C no USB-A or USB-B
Its should be pointed out that this the the 5th Generation PM5 that was released back in March 2024. Its been 10 years since the 1st Gen PM5 was released, how time flies. The time has come to release the complete monitor as an App, it would now look amazing on a colour tablet. It's actually 6th Gen...

You can press the menu button 3 times to force the PM5 to stay on, or plug it into a USB power outlet using a USB-B cable. Press menu button 4 times to turn it off.

Re: Impact of altitude
I tend to perform better on the erg near water (rowing club) as opposed to at home. It does make a difference.
