Hi IOS is latest 18.3.2 WatchOS is 10.6.1 App is 2.6.0 (20250320.35) I’ve tried reinstalling the app and this time, when doing app connection to health I did get a pop up asking for rights which I enabled all on. Integration from ErgData to Fitness is now working, the HBM on the watch is not working.

Just checked the app and no firmware update is showing for me yet.

I didn't get a notification for that but I'll have a look, doubt a firmware for the device would fix the integrations to IOS health/fitness though but could be wrong.

I'll definitely check though.

Write an email to info@concept2.com with details of what goes wrong and how you can create the error. Include your PM3/4/5 version, Ergdata version and IOS or Android version.

Another day, another bug. I've reported this to Apple but the more people who do the better. Basically Fitness / Health isn't recording distance now. Restarting phone fixes it temporarily. Though before workout I did ensure the menus were accessible so it may have been that rather than a restart. More testing to do!

Yeah my thoughts exactly. I should have left the app as was as it was working instead of updating.

It's more worrying if more people have these crashes, there has to be a fail safe to record last workout somehow or it should be being worked on at least.
