Write an email to info@concept2.com with details of what goes wrong and how you can create the error. Include your PM3/4/5 version, Ergdata version and IOS or Android version.

Another day, another bug. I've reported this to Apple but the more people who do the better. Basically Fitness / Health isn't recording distance now. Yet more testing.

Restarting phone fixes it temporarily. Though before workout I did ensure the menus were accessible so it may have been that rather than a restart. More testing to do!

I can now recreate this. iPhone 11 iOS 16 Latest ergdata Setting any custom distance (I.e. 100m) and then completing that. A saving circle comes up and disappears about 30 seconds later. Yeah my thoughts exactly. I should have left the app as was as it was working instead of updating.

It's more worrying if more people have these crashes, there has to be a fail safe to record last workout somehow or it should be being worked on at least.

Hi The app crashed once I'd finished my workout this morning. As it was actually a decent effort I'd like to record it. I've added it manually with the verification code but, when clicking Rank, it just says it will delete the workout which I find strange. When it occasionally crashes I just reconne...

This can now be ignored. If other people are having the issue make sure you go into fitness app and setup the goals. Once that's done the next workout should be fine.

I've not really got the history a lot of you have with the older App having only been using Concept2 products for around 4 months. I love the IOS App and the way it's been progressed. I can see all the information on one screen that I want. I'd say the stroke rate, when doing the work out of the day...

Hi Before IOS 16 it was all working fine. I have just seen that, according to ERGData, I did 577 kCal which is recorded on the log, in the ERGData app and also in Fitness yet fitness initially displays 417 or so calories. Any ideas on how to get it working as it was? Thanks. P.S. I do love the app, ...
