Pleased to hear it Mike. I think advice in general is on the cautious side with these things and I agree with Sascha, a fitter body does tend to lend itself to a speedy(er) recovery!

Strong intervals! Forgot to ask in the group: didn't you realize the rate of the first interval? You could have stopped and started again 🤔 I could, but I really didn't want to Erg to begin with (I rarely do evening sessions) so if I stopped to restart, I doubt I'd have got going again :lol: though...
