Re: Multi erg workout
Thanks for reply. Yeah, I saw that as well. I was aiming more at making your own one up. Hopefully that will be something for the future.

Multi erg workout
Is it possible to set up my own Ergathlon based on either time or distance? I have looked around but can't find anything which leads me to think it isn't an option. I know I can easily do them individually, but that means disconnecting the Ergdata app (again I know not hard work) Just like the idea ...

Re: Ergathlon keeps failing
Figured it out in the end after a lot of head scratching!! Don't think the Concept page was very clear on this. To be fair though I could have easily been looking in the wrong place!!! Went wireless and it worked a treat, very impressed with it, Very clever indeed!! Just adds to my all ready high op...

Individual rankings for Ergathlon piece
Finished my first Ergathlon the other day and although the whole piece was ranked it would have also been nice to have the option to rank the individual pieces as well. I know I wasn't going flat out as I was trying to pace myself to finish it but all the same the times were ok and still good enough...

Re: SkiErg first impressions
So, my first impression are great, had a quick blast on the SkiErg after I set it up – which incidentally was a lot easier on my own than I thought it would be. Going to have a longer session tonight. Really looking forward to having a go at the ergathlon – more than likely over the weekend. My only...

Re: Stretching Exercises to do Pre Skierg session ?
I've just ordered a SkiErg and was thinking about this as well. Think I will adapt the same as I do for the rower - just do a gentle workout before to 'loosen up' - then go for it!!

Re: Ergathlon keeps failing
Looks like it was a bluetooth problem. I’ve linked the machines with cables as per the local C2 dealer’s instructions, and now they work fine. Not pretty and not ideal, but beats the frustration of wasting a hard effort on a recording error. Can you describe the cabling you used? I am on the older ...

Re: Logging both rower & bike data to C2 logbook
Yes. ErgData connects to the PM5 on either, puts the results in the same logbook, differentiates between the two different ergs. No need for a separate log, you can filter the logbook to look at each erg's meters, or look at the total for both. For the challenges, C2 automatically takes half for th...

Bikeerg pace/distance spreadsheet help
I’m trying to put an excel spreadsheet together for the time it will take me to cover ‘x’ distance at ‘x’ pace. Quite easy on the Bike as the time is per 1,000m – or so I thought!! So far, I’ve done 2 timed pieces a 4k and a 40k. when I looked at the 4k pace/1,000 under the 4,000, column hey presto ...
