Is it possible to set up my own Ergathlon based on either time or distance? I have looked around but can't find anything which leads me to think it isn't an option. I know I can easily do them individually, but that means disconnecting the Ergdata app (again I know not hard work) Just like the idea ...

Finished my first Ergathlon the other day and although the whole piece was ranked it would have also been nice to have the option to rank the individual pieces as well. I've just ordered a SkiErg and was thinking about this as well. Think I will adapt the same as I do for the rower - just do a gentle workout before to 'loosen up' - then go for it!!

Yes. ErgData connects to the PM5 on either, puts the results in the same logbook, differentiates between the two different ergs.
