Hi, that depends on the distances you want to perform better. 2k+ is mainly aerobic, not so much about strength. Lower distance performance will surely improve by gaining strength with weights. Suggest to incorporate deadlifts and squats, upper body pull exercises like rows. Accessory some sort of ...
