Re: Wrist pain!!
Thanks for the responses guys, I never tried any kind of straps or handles other than the ones which come with the ski erg new model. Wraps might be an idea. I’ve since heard of the death grip and wonder if I had that.. I’ve seen people talk about wrapping the thumb inside the fingers when gripping ...

Single leg rowing
Hey? Does anybody row with one leg long term? I’ve seen “drills”.. but I’m talking about indefinitely. I have patellofemoral arthritis in one knee after a reconstruction so get crepitus/inflammation if I go about bending the knee more than 20 degrees. Pr2 rowing
Hey,
I have patellofemoral arthritis so cannot bend my left leg more than 20 degrees without pain.
I’m looking at rowing but without the leg drive.
Are there any PR2 category rowers here? Is it a good workout still?
Thanks!

The wrist is just a chronic dull ache which worsens if I do any lifting or bending in the day. I played...

Wrist pain!!
Hey everybody, Does anybody else manage to use the ski erg with a bad wrist? I’m 35 but have early arthritis after an old sporting injury. My wrist aches often anyway regardless of exercise, I had to stop using the ski erg a few years ago (did intense intervals) due to the pain. A direct pull might ...
