2 burpees and I'm gassed
I'm 64,haven't exercised in years,2 burpees (without the push up) and my heart rate rockets despite being on bete blockers,lack of fitness or something sinister?

Beta blockers and exercise heart rate
I am 64,type 2 diabetic,on 5mg Bisoprolol to reduce ectopic beats,if I walk and record my heart rate would rowing at that heart rate be the equivalent of walking?,cardiologist and GP want me to exercise but I want to mix rowing and walking.

I am not sure what chest strap it is,I know it doesn't connect to my old PM3 monitor, what are Logbook and Strava?

I have osteoarthritis in my hips,X rays say moderate in left,moderate to severe in right,I also have a full thickness labral tear in the right,saw physio last week,he gave me 4 exercises to do 3 times daily,one is sitting in a chair then raise one leg keeping leg bent,this hurts so much and I think ...

Rowing with bad hips?
I haven't used the erg in years,I have osteoarthritis in both hips and often find walking so painful I have to stop,I want to get fitter,not sure if using the concept 2 will help or make things worse,any advice?
