Re: Made my own App !! RowMax!
Hi Titi, well done on being innovative but a little more info may sell this for me. What is boring about current apps? I have little imagination but they provide data and allow workouts to be set up. What more can an app do? I can only think of something like the games on the PM5, but I’m not into ...

Re: What Training Have You Done Today?
Hey,I have been thinking about the warm-up and cool-down rowing,I never getting a chance to try,so is it that important?couse I dont have much time on rowing. My opinion is that the shorter and more intense the workout is, the more important a warmup is. You could theoretically do a 60min test piec...

https://i.postimg.cc/c6FhTVhd/IMG-20220223-074550-063.webp I was running out of time to do the CTC so I had to give it a go this morning. I didn't feel mentally or physically 100% so I'm happy with how it turned out, although I was thoroughly regretting it halfway through the last rep. I did a fair...

Re: Compare rankings
As I'm a rather competitive person, I was interested how I am doing compared to others. And so I have been ranking some of my workouts the past years on the rankings of concept2. If you want to now how you are doing compared to others in previous years, you can search year by year and remember the ...

Re: Is there an optimal stroke length?
ErgData gives you a value for the drive length on each stroke. and does it store them for later analysis or do you just have to have erg data open and visible during your sessions to be able to view it? No, there is not. You have to check at each time and making yourself an idea of your standard st...

What is the ideal force curve looks like??
Hi,guys
Does anyone know about the force curve?I was told that this curve can teach myself by compare my own curve to the ideal curve. So I search on the internet, but there is no direct curve appearance, only says the smooth one is better

Re: Fresh fish searching for help!!!
A fitness instructor at the FBI National Academy told us “if you’re doing any type of exercise, it’s better than doing none. It’s benefitting your health.” His point was to not get too focused on goals, number of reps, number of workouts… just pick a thing to do and start! It’s most important that ...

Re: Fresh fish searching for help!!!
Welcome to the forum. Don't row for calories, as these are notoriously unreliable, and you should really fall in love with the process, rather than trying to progress towards a fixed end goal. I have seen it many many times, that when you lose enough weight, you think it's all done. But it never is...

Re: Fresh fish searching for help!!!
The only thing you need to look at is how much fun you have on the machine. Key to any excercise is to able to maintain it. If it becomes a chore, don't do it. You should love what you are doing and calories will be burned automatically in the process. It helps you mentally and physically. Perhaps ...
