Hi Titi, well done on being innovative but a little more info may sell this for me. What is boring about current apps? I have little imagination but they provide data and allow workouts to be set up. What more can an app do? I can only think of something like the games on the PM5, but I’m not into ...

They said it is watts per stroke.But I am not quite understand.

So I have been rowing for couple of weeks.But the bored really kills me!!I use a app called ergzone on my Ipad.But I don't want to watch the distance or pace all the time!!Anyway,is there any APP can run in the background while I can watch the YouTube for some fun?? :D

Welcome to the forum. Don't row for calories, as these are notoriously unreliable, and you should really fall in love with the process, rather than trying to progress towards a fixed end goal. I have seen it many many times, that when you lose enough weight, you think it's all done. But it never is...

The only thing you need to look at is how much fun you have on the machine. Key to any excercise is to able to maintain it. If it becomes a chore, don't do it. You should love what you are doing and calories will be burned automatically in the process. It helps you mentally and physically. Perhaps ...
