Happy new year to you all. I started the year with a 20 min warmup followed by a faster 10k. I managed to stay below 2:00 with a small sprint at the end. I am happy with it. This is good progress. 1hr steady row. It felt OK until the end. Heart rate stayed stable at 75% of max. This might be a bit high for such a slow steady row. Nice work Gustel. These are the type of numbers and spm I aspire to for the 5k. Whether I can do it is another matter. This is 22 secs faster than my PB!
