I just watched a really inspirational film called "St. Ralph", about a 14 year old boy who joins the Boston Marathon because his mom is in a comma, and he thinks if he wins then a miracle will happen with his mom (sounds weird but the movie was amazing) ANNNNYYYYWAAAY...i just wanted to ask if there...

while we are on the topic, i would like to ask a question that could also cause some more discomfort, but ultimtatly a good conversation :D ....every once in a while my crew will run (usually 3 miles or more) and when im done one of my 'good's in the 'goodie bag' tends to feel like its on effing fir...

Training

2 sets of 10x100 meter peices...1 minute rest inbetween each peice and 5 minutes rest inbetween each set....a lot of my teammates were 'cheating' and pulling hard on the fly wheel during the rest, so they get a little head start on the peice...when they did this the peice would start out as a 1:17 s...

I recently went to the mid atlantic erg sprints and I took my 2k time from a 7:18 to a 7:09 this was a big thing for me and it boosted my ranking greatly for my crew team (Lake Braddock HS) I just hope i can get a sub7 soon
