thanks again. just to be clear i am not taking meds for anything. when i said meds i probably should have said blood tests. all my indicators that are tested every 6 months are in the upper range of normal. once i am over this flu that is hanging around i will be back on the erg. will see how my ba...

my meds are elevated but not excessively so weight loss will help with that. i have no issues like diabetes and my cholestoral is mildly elevated. Again, no doctor, no medical advice coming. Being overweight and taking meds is clearly showing there are issues. Both is not the natural physical state...

Absolutely garbage session. The complete day my body told me not to try, but I did. Roughly 2k warmup, felt not too bad. Started the TOC, 1,2,3,4,5min 1min rest, plan was to go 1:35/37/39 and then see what's coming up. The 2min already felt so hard and during the 3min I gave totally up, as my mind ...

Not a doctor here, but probably you should drop some kilos and work on your muscle strength to support your spine better. Rowing will support this for sure, but more intense strength training will typically have much more benefit (and weight loss will exponentially help with it).

Needed something easy for my back, as the last days/weeks were a bit stressing my body. Pulled the lever down (DF 98 reported in the log) and flipped the monitor to the back for a blind row.
