Hi all,<br /><br />12km on the C2 for me today (8th Jan).<br /><br />2:08/500m pace, spm 23, ahr 145 bpm.<br /><br />Running alternate days with erging is proving challenging and seems to be affecting my erg times. However, I like to do both and this weather's not going to last forever
