I have the same issue. ErgData to AppleHealth on IPhone does not work. I don’t use an Apple watch. I checked all privacy settings and inter-app connectivity. I could do with a bit of hight on my C2 rower and have been rowing with a foam pad, but am wondering about the ProW by CitiusRemex and if this also fits a female shape?
