That looks perfectly paced, and if you don't want to stop at halfway you're definitely not going fast enough. A reliable 2k is important, but don't be a total slave to this as it's only a guide, a very useful guide, but it's not set in stone. Stroke rate is really low for a 2k, but that's something...

2k test went pretty well all things considered. Did a 15’ WU with short bursts to break a sweat and get the HR up to 160. Was originally thinking to start at 2:10, but 2:03 felt good the first 10 strokes so I just rolled with it. Definitely had doubts half way through, which in my experience is a go...

36’ and 7500m this morning. Did some various SPMs to mix things up. Planning to do my first 2k test after work. First shot at an interval workout. 8x500m with 2' RI and 5' CD. I did WU 5' prior. Went all out on the last one. Yeah, some of the leg only drills I was doing (dark horse youtube follow along) mentioned the seat and handle should move the same amount during the drill. The thought of "hanging off a pull up bar" is something I'll try to use.

First workout with the Concept 2 that arrived this afternoon. Little over 45 minutes and 7500m just following a couple dark horse beginner drill videos. Boy, this mothion is a lot more complicated that I thought…LOL.
