Hi Rowers Can anyone comment on rowing with a neck collar. Or better still recommend a type Background ime getting on now and worn out a machine on my second now ( been rowing 20plus years ) I am a Spark and had years of looking up but had to change my job as its given me disc degeneration and ostop...

I row every day and my drag is set 138
But find my stroke is at best 115-20 but falls to 105 when getting tired
My son who has only been rowing 1yr can pull at 125 hes at the same drag fac
But rowes a bit slower and can now beat me at 5 k hes only 16 !
What causes bad arms in palms down pls

I have the same issue see my post today
