concept 2 recommends 3 and1 I thinks its 20 weight oil because it does not collect dust . Some chain oils like for bikes or motorcycles are very tacky to stay on chain at high speeds but they collect dust . Any light weight motor oil will work .

I am trying in with nose out with mouth . Hard though use to do when I ran . When heart rate climbs you need as much o2 as you can get that's when mouth takes over. Low intensity no problem .

Try a Large roller, I use it all the time .Check you tube for guidance . Works good . I also hang from a bar like you are going to do pull up but just hang 30 seconds or more if you can . I am 66 have resting heart rate of 44 to 46 . Trust me I am not in as good of shapes as most of you guys . Means very little . Fitbit does say I am in excellent shape for my age. I will try that Multi-Stage-Fitness-Test' and let you know.
