1hr Wolverine L4. 180-180-180-180-180-180 That's 3 days of activity in a row now after 2 weeks off so hopefully now back in the habit. Felt slightly more strenuous than usual for an L4, so I've planned in more L4's for the rest of the week before bringing intervals into the equation again next week....

I do a 40 minute row with 2 minute splits of 18, 21, 24 and 27 strokes per minute. Haha thanks. Yea when I began I watched technique videos to make sure I was doing it right and rowing with my legs. Also I am 5’9” and 175. Ticking untrained instead of highly trained raises my score +4 from 60 to 64, but entering Sakly's figures changes them the other way -13 from 70 to 57.
