I am not a veteran but I appreciate your service, and that of all the other veterans out there!

Pencol- Definitely though I am not sure how it works, and I don't want to drag you down! I plan to do 5k on my rower per day, occasionally more but I work full time and have two dogs I need to exercise twice a day outside so I will not be blowing through any records

I am looking for a team to join for the fall challenge- I have never participated in a challenge before and looking to step things up a bit.
