Re: Best chain oil??

I use spray silicone. Works great, last a good while, chain runs quieter, and everything is shiny and clean.

Re: Tablet holder recommendations

I use the one from C2 ( it came with the Rowerg) and it works great even on my iPad Pro 12.9 inch. It came with the rower, don’t know if it would be worth $25 though. It works, but there’s really not much to it for that price. I assumed it was a $10 item.

Re: Use Your Head: Where to Wear Optical HRM

Be sure you are putting it on the inside of the arm about halfway between elbow and wrist and even better a bit closer to the wrist. I use the HR that came with my Bowflex C6 bike, and it works perfectly. I have the C6 HR and a Apple watch going at the same time (to get the workout into Apple health...

Re: Good experience using the EndureRow seat!

Excellent review Rick! I am blessed (from many years of road bike riding) with a bum that is comfortable on just about anything B) . I find the stock seat just fine, but I am sure there are many out there that could benefit from an "upgrade" such as this. Sounds like a quality product, though a bit ...

Re: 2 Simple questions

Thank you Rick for your comment. You are right, bad habits sneak back in. I notice that if I'm not focused I will start the "catch" sooner than I should and pull with my arms when I should be still using the legs. I am looking forward to getting the correct form fully into muscle memory, and can jus...

Re: 2 Simple questions

Over a week into my Rowerg, and liking it. It is very different than the Sunny rower I have used the past two years, but I am adjusting. Since I am not trying to loss weight or get stronger {at 68 years of age I'm where I want to be) I don't really care about power or speed, I just row. I do as I di...

Re: 2 Simple questions

joebasscat - Glad to hear that about the batteries. I know that when the rower is in use the console is powered by the rowing itself. With that kind of battery life I'm not going to worry about having spare batteries around. One of the problems with the Sunny rower was the basically useless console,...

Re: 2 Simple questions

Thanks steve1969va, I did the conversion already and raised the shelf a little. ernits, I'm going to check out Pete's plans. I have a simple thing I have done the past two years on the Sunny Rower just to keep toned up. I'm 68 and am where I want to be weight and strength wise and bike and row to ke...

Re: 2 Simple questions

@ernits - thank you for taking the time to measure! I'm making room for it next to my C6 and that fan end will be under a shelf and need to know if I need to raise the shelf or not. I know D cell batteries are common, but I haven't had a device that uses them in decades. Good to know it comes with a...

2 Simple questions

Expecting delivery of my Rowerg on Tuesday! 1) Does it come with the 'D" batteries? 2) What is the height from floor to top of the fan cage? Looked and looked but cannot find this info anywhere. I've had a Sunny Rower for 2 years and have proved to myself that I will stick with it. So decided to pul...
