I've got a Model D ver 903 with PM-5. I connect to it and program my workouts using the Android ErgData. I can't figure out a way to set the pace boat pace and use the WOD with the app. Is it possible without setting the whole thing up manually?

Today I was successfully able to upload my workouts. Give it a try.

I don't understand why the erg data sync error was locked without resolution? None of the suggestions given work. Logging out and back on the mobile app and/or the website doesn't work. Altering the location setting on your phone doesn't work. Furthermore, Concept2 customer assistance has not respon...

I'm also having this problem. I've emailed support and am awaiting a reply. So far I've logged out/on of the Android app and the desktop app, rebooted both. I'm pretty sure it's on the Concept2 end somewhere.
