My rows have stopped sync-ing to my C2Log. I'm getting a message on my phone that says "Online Logbook Status, The refresh token is invalid." What does that mean and how do I fix it? Thanks so much

I just got a rower with a PM5. I have an old Polar H1 chest strap heart monitor. Is this old Polar compatible with the PM5/ErgData? Thanks.

Newbie here. I've noticed the PM only considers calories burned during rowing, but not at all during the rests. For example, my total time was 45 minutes, made up of 15 - two minute pieces (high intensity and increasing s/m) with a one minute rest between each one. Thus 30 minutes of actual rowing. ...
