Thanks again guys, okay I understand now we either need a USB stick or the app on the phone, which I tried to pair with the PM5 but it couldn't find it, does it need a dongle of any sort for the Bluetooth?

Unfortunately nothing was logged, I'm not sure what the problem is. I have heard there is a Card or Flash drive for the Concept 2, tried searching online to see where to buy but with no success.

I have just started up on the concept 2 in my local gym so found the forum and joined up, Big Hello to everyone! I put a USB in the PM5 Monitor and it put the Log of the row on the usb stick, however back on the laptop after downloading the Concept 2 utility, I have tried to upload to online logbook...
