I believe the studies back their use but I'm wondering which are the better products and which are marketing hy...

When I jump from my logbook after logging my meters for the day, I use the link to get to the forums. At that point I am listed as a guest and need to log in again. Is there something I am doing wrong or a way around this? I'd rather log in just once.

Thank you Xeno! I was just going to post a question for a training plan for the 2K race. I think I'll try my first in Feb at the 2nd Annual Crewsader Erg Challenge in Buffalo, NY.

Seems like a good challenge to me. Sure there are mega rowers out there but if the idea behind the challenge is to get more people on their ergs then I'm sure it works. I would imagine the challenge doesn't really matter to those who row consistently every day, putting in high mileage. I find it bot...

I recall seeing lists of members with their times, distances, and dates completed for various challenges (Holiday Challenge) in the past. I cannot find this anywhere on the site. Can you direct me to the honor board location? <br />Thanks

I looked into the Schwinn a few years back and found one major drawback. At the catch, the belt tightened down on itself a bit before your pull started spinning the fan blades. This resulted in a short loss of energy transfer with each stroke, sort of like the chain slipping off of a gear tooth but ...
