Thanks for all the insight. I took the flywheel off and put in on a blanket then right back in but from what you're saying I guess one of the weights must have moved a bit because I know none are missing. Is there anything I can do to get the flywheel back in balance or am I stuck buying a new one? ...

All the weights are still intact and the damper cover is tight. I loosened the nut underneath that black cap opposite the flywheel and that helped a bit but I'm not sure if that was a good idea. Is that one supposed to be snug too? When I first re-attached the flywheel I didn't force it or anything ...

I cleaned the flywheel and had to remove it to clean out a piece of trapped lint. I reinstalled the flywheel and now whenever I stop rowing the foot pads and seat vibrate; especially as the flywheel slows down. It's not like the whole rower or PM5 visually vibrate or shake.
