UPDATE: So I downloaded the ErgData app on my iPhone and its connected via bluetooth without a problem. I used the Zwift app again on an android phone it connected to the rower via bluetooth, but then it shows as "No Signal". I can go into riding mode / start riding, but I'm sitting there doing noth...

I tried connecting my wife’s android phone to zwift.
I managed to connect to Bluetooth after a while but when I tried pairing / power source... still nothing.
Am I meant to connect to another app first ?

I’m using an iPhone 6s software 14.3.
I’ve tried pairing up to zwift, looks pretty straight forward on all videos. I’m still confused why I’m not getting the turn wireless on option.
