Re: Row/ski on Zwift
Thank you for the reply. I have tried your setup with the android phone running Rowedbiker with the usb c cable and then bluetooth to laptop, but for some reason my laptop wouldn't pick it up properly. I think it's just my laptop that's the problem. Anyway, will keep trying different ways and see wh...

Row/ski on Zwift
Hi all. Anyone here row/ski on Zwift? I know this has been talked about before and I have searched through this site for this topic. But how have you managed to do it? I have managed it via the Rowedbiker and Painsled apps which do work well, but I'm mixing apple and android devices which complicate...

Re: Preventing muscle loss
Nice one. Thank you for the reply. Much appreciated. I think the Rower and Skierg together with hiit training would therefore suit me well. Regarding my second post. I just thought to put it in weight loss category aswel, as my question comes under two subjects (techniqually 3, but I won't put it in...

Preventing muscle loss
Hi all. Looking into losing body fat with a mixture of the Skierg and Rower for liss and hiit training. Long term fitness and fat loss
Hi all. For long term fitness and fat loss is it better to do low intensity steady state UT2 or high intensity interval training UT1/AT on the rower?
For steady state what heart rate zone should I aim for? How many watts do people normally achieve doing steady state?
Thanks

Steady state UT2 on the Skierg
Hi all. Do people use the Skierg more for steady state UT2 or high intensity interval training like UT1 or AT etc?
If steady state UT2, do people watch tv while using the Skierg like they do on the rowing machine? How would this work? Surely motion sickness comes into play
Thanks
