Reading through this forum, I happened upon a "Different versions of Model B" thread. I realize now that I have a Model A converted to a Model B, some years ago. I have yet to find a serial number, however.

I recently rebuilt my Model B rower. Instead of the 4 #8 screws mentioned in the literature that hold the skewer assembly in the rail, my rower had #10 screws and nuts going all the way through the skewer axles.
