Hi Im on same question. I been rowing for like a year and some days i don't want row or i don't have plenty of time to row all i can row. I was thinking about a complement, for the upper body. I'm sure are making improvements. Some people need more time to lose/gain weight. Also, you can't forget the most important goal it's learn how feed you healthier. A complete meal and healthy, can get you a lot of improvement. Not only on your weight, also in your mind. Keep working it and keep lear...
