Hi Im on same question. I been rowing for like a year and some days i don't want row or i don't have plenty of time to row all i can row. I was thinking about a complement, for the upper body. Rower works so many muscles, but not torso. I know i can do pushups, but i don't really do them, i tried so...

I'm sure are making improvements. Some people need more time to lose/gain weight. Also, you can't forget the most important goal it's learn how feed you healthier. A complete meal and healthy, can get you a lot of improvement. Not only on your weight, also in your mind. Keep working it and keep lear...

I just tried with the USB stick option and i got Code 1850 -46. Formatted USB in FAT32.

Gonna keep looking for more info.

Hi I bought an c2 with pm5 and im looking all the maintenance they didn't do before. Right now the Firmware version its 15 and the hardware version 338. Looks like it's 2014-15 for the version.
