Thank you all again for the great feedback. By the way, I'm male, 56, 6'1", and 208. I followed the pick drills in the video and that and the advice you provided helped me figure out that I really was shooting the slide and relying more on my arms than legs. I had a much better workout this morning ...

Thanks for the feedback. I'm sure my technique is a factor and I'm working on improving that. I'm pretty confident that I am "legs-back-arms/arms-back-legs". Hi folks, I just started rowing and am using some of the workout of the day sets that C2 emails out. I tried one today with a starting s/m of 24 and found that was hard (too easy) to do, hard to limit myself to 24 strokes a minute.
