Update: I competed in the CRASH-B with the goal was to seer a new Adaptive World Record for the PR3 Overall Male 60-69, 2000 meters, The old record was 8:03.6, and my time was 7:31.9. Watch my race.

Well, I guess it was not met to be. Last week I tried to register for the qualifier at the Canadian Championships, and again I ran into more issues. Perhaps I may try again in a future event.

As a 62yo blind athlete, I train using the metronome. During my workouts where I’m focusing on pace, I use ErgData w/voice, and Pro Metronome apps simultaneously with no issues.
