The way I read the WRICH website, the "Grand Final" is for ONLY the Top 20 rowers of each gender, period, irrespective of weight and age classification. I am therefore not in danger of racing three times!

And If I falter on one segment, I want to “wipe the slate clean” and shoot for my target...

I’d like to practice my race pace plan by setting up 2K tests as three consecutive “Zero Rest” intervals—-1,100 M, 500 M, and 400 M. Perhaps a dumb question, but will the sum of these three intervals give me an accurate 2K time—-or does some inaccuracy creep in?

Can I join in to complain about lack of lightweight categories at Crash Bs? Other indoor regattas have either figured this out (such as the highly detailed procedures for the World Championships), OR they are just going to use an honor system.
