I damaged the radial nerve in my right arm in the summer so no rowing from June till Xmas, now slowly getting back into it with a slow 5k every other day to ease back in without aggravating injuries. Hows has everyone been?
It maybe youre pulling with your hands and forearms too early. This happened tome when i rowed on water. Suggest drop stroke rate to say 16spm and consciously loop only 3 fingers over handle and no thumbs. Concentrate on everything but arms.
