it's true that would be down to individual gyms to do and mine updated their guidance to just that. Spray the paper not the equipment.

many thanks for these. Have just set up the ipad on the rower and these are beautiful to look at. I was in need of some visual stimulation else my mind wanders!

I have 3-in-one but the guy who serviced my rower said they now use a silicone spray oil instead as there's no mess.

Did similar. Upgraded to a PM5 for connectivity, replaced the wooden handle with the newer style one. Did the seat rollers myself and then got someone in to do a service. I bought a Model C with a PM3 earlier this year. Upgraded to a PM5 immediately. So much more useful and either Ergdata link or USB stick in the back. Also PM5 on the Model D at the gum so use that to record via Ergdata. Works a treat. Other benefit is that my Polar H10 links to the PM5 at the same t...
