I do most of my erg sessions on slides, but I don't see a big difference in HR/watts between the two -- but that's UT1/UT2, not higher ratings+watts.

I reckon it's about a 75w difference for UT1-2, 65-70 for AT, and 50-60w for a 2k. Possible rule of thumb -- what you can do for 20min test on the bike is what you can do for 2k on the erg if you're equally adapted to both. Wife had my phone last night, so no erg data. 3 x 8min on 4min recoveries, rate 25-26, 1:48/500 on the first two, then just died on number three -- 1:49 for the first 4min, then 1:51-52 coming back.
