Higher Than Normal Resistance?!
Hey all, I searched this topic but didn’t really find what i was looking for...... The best way to explain this, is that it feels like the resistance is set to 8-9, when I’m actually set to 4-5. I typically hold a comfortable pace at 1:50-1:55 pace regardless of distance on all rowers at my gym........
