I wonder now if it was low battery power. The PM5 started to give me a battery warning and I had 2 incorrect syncs 2 days running. After I changed the batteries it seemed to be ok.

I used to use just a wet cloth (water) at the beginning but it took a lot of effort to clean the rail, and over time it was less and less clean. After a couple of weeks I switched to using glass cleaner from a spray bottle. Now I can clean the entire rail in 30-60 seconds and it’s spotless. So my vo...

Hi. I bought a Model D with PM5 last week, so I’ve only had it a few days. I installed the ErgData app on my iPhone 7 (iOS 13) and had no problem connecting to the PM5 via Bluetooth.
