OK, thanks. I never would have guessed that variable intervals would let you have 0 rest periods when fixed intervals won't.

I'm not sure setting up intervals will work. I tried with the PM5 and with ergdata on Android, and it won't let me use 0 as a rest interval. If I put in a nonzero rest interval, then it won't really be 100 km in one go, so maybe won't count. I don't want to risk going to all the trouble of rowing 10...

I want to do the century challenge, but my PM5 will only allow me to enter a max of 50000 m.
