Thankyou....alot of my 94kg is not muscle .....so if I work on technique and weight loss hopefully everything else will fall into place..times/distance.

Thanks .7500 is a big target,, need to lose 15kg or so...I think technique is not too far,away.. well for the 1st 20min.....alot of work ahead..

Newbie.

Just got my 2nd hand model D with PM5 over a month ago. 40yo.male 5ft8in 94kg still carrying a little holiday weight (just don't ask how many holidays I am carrying for :lol.) I've worked up to a 30 min session and usually row on 6 days a week. My best metres is 6430m. I have to start somewhere. Wha...
