Getting bored and want to up my experience with the C2. Is there a compatible (BT) online subscription software for the C2, thinking similar to the Hydrow or Peleton.

Thanks, I am assuming it is the "catch up", C2 is new and so don't think it is the clutch. Feels weird though, have tried to drive "harder" but still get the "slack"

Is it normal to have 4-6" of "slack" in the chain at the beginning of the drive phase. Seems that the flywheel isn't "engaged" for the first few inches. Drag setting on 4.5 (122) , 200 watt drive, drive length 1.27m

Ok, solution! For anyone else experiencing a problem with connectivity. Installing the app Ergdata and pressing the confirmation for "location services" does not always work. Appreciate the replies, will try a few of the suggestions. I'm just confused why I can have a flawless very quick connection "sometime" and other times, despite anything I do, I cannot connect. I understand if i were not able to "ever" connect.........

Thanks, but I have already contacted them AND updated the firmware....just getting frustrated having to wait for replies from them....this has been happening since I got my C2 over 2 weeks ago.....

I'm having trouble having PM5 and egrdata connect consistently.
