If it had stopped me doing both in the 500m that's what i would have presumed. But it let me do light and heavy for the 500m and not the 1k.
Also, both my lightweight times were slower than my heavyweight times.

Hi When the screen on my erg is on the standard setting as in the picture, the second bottom section is "split metres" where it just gives you the quite useless number of how many metres you'e travelled so far this split ie, one fifth of whatever you're doing. Thanks for those responses. Perhaps I will do Pete’s Plan for 8 weeks and then G-Dub’s one for 8. I note that it includes one lifting exercise per training day. Would that be performed immediately after the row?
