I have an on going issue with foot pain as a result of erging. The pain is in both feet, on the outside of the foot, between the little toe and ankle. Would wearing hard soled cycling shoes help. Any thoughts welcome.

Can anyone out there give some advice on long distance rowing. What training heart rate should i be looking to achieve when rowing. What stroke rate should i look at. What sort of time should you spend on your rower. During lock down this looks like a good option.

Has anyone out there experience of a strain injury to the foot after using the erg. The strain/pain is on the outside of the foot, principally where the little toe metatarsal joins to the foot (the tarsal bone). Any thoughts and possible preventative measures for the future.
