Re: BikeErg is logging two workouts for a single session.
Hi, (Note that I've also sent all this info to your Email address.) The link you provided is not accessible at the moment. Can I suggest you send to... You bet. It's helpful to know what iOS or Android OS you are using; using the latest version of the app, and if possible the firmware version. Andro...

BikeErg is logging two workouts for a single session.
Hi, I love the new ErgData app! It's a huge step up from the previous version. However, I'm having problems with the BikeErg log entries. Each BikeErg workout has two nearly identical entries: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1F9GpFa85ypgKhLG6DIwJBsRoEp_Ylyz7/view I say nearly because the graphs aren...

Concept 2 Utility doesn't allow workout selection.
I have a SkiErg workout I transferred from my SkiErg to my USB thumb drive. This particular workout captured the start of a session that the SkiErg spontaneously disconnected from my Android ErgData app. I wan't credit for the meters (yes, even if so small) and the app wouldn't reconnect while in th...

Re: ErgData fine during use then fails to record data
Some results from my ErgData (Android version) "test" today (11/20/2019)... I rowed first, then used my BikeErg for an additional workout and then finally did a additional BikeErg cooldown for a total of three distinct workouts. The BikeErg workouts were both started by just pedaling i.e., "Just Rid...

Re: ErgData fine during use then fails to record data
Hi Andrew, Regarding your issue with the Concept2 Utility, are you sure you were logged into your online log account prior to trying to upload the workout? Yes I believe so because it had a logout field on the table of workouts. I actually tried logging out and then back in and the results are the s...

Re: ErgData fine during use then fails to record data
I first posted this under bugs in support then I saw this topic which seems just like my problem. The ErgData app didn't record and upload my BikeErg data. I first SkiErg'ed 3km with my phone connected to the SkiErg. When done I disconnected ErgData from the SkiErg PM5 and connected it to the BikeEr...

The ErgData app didn't record and upload my BikeErg data... I first SkiErg'ed 3km with my phone connected to the SkiErg. When done I disconnected ErgData from the SkiErg PM5 and connected it to the BikeErg's PM5. All looked just fine as a rode "Just Bike" 7km+. All the bike data and my heart rate mo...

Re: Suddenly Can't Upload Row Data From ErgData
New version of ErgData just released for Android yesterday. It just happened to me again today. So the newer version didn't fix this problem. Please write to rowing@concept2.com to report the bug directly to the Concept2 app developers. It seems strange that those developers wouldn't monitor the "B...

Re: Suddenly Can't Upload Row Data From ErgData
Yet again today ErgData forgot my password.
What makes this worse is that the App doesn't seem to play well with my password manager called KeePass (I use longer passwords for security).
It's a pain to type it in without seeing what I type.
Please fix this bug!

Re: Suddenly Can't Upload Row Data From ErgData
I'm just reporting that ErgData forgot my password used to log in again.
Reentering it fixed the problem.
This sure seems like a bug. My phone is a Pixel 2 with up-to-date system firmware.
All I do is just row. Hit "Yes" when done, swipe to the workout screen and press 'sync. Error pops up.

Suddenly Can't Upload Row Data From ErgData
Today (10/24/2019) the ErgData Android app failed to upload my rowing session. It showed an error dialog with the following message: Title: "Online LogBook Status", Message: "org.json.JSONException: Not value for data" with an OK button. I tried reloading the app and restarting my phone but neither ...
