Breath in at the very end of the recovery Hold during drive exhale at end of drive in on beginning of recovery, out at end of recovery two breath's per stroke.. it works pretty good if I dont think about it.. If I start thinking about it, I tend to over or under breath... Rowing is a very difficult...

I have some good insight on this. First, I myself take 2 breaths per-cycle, one which is usually more pronounced than the other. Youth National Championships, Cincinnati

The youth national championships in cincinnati took place last weekend. Pacific Rowing Club took home gold in the V8 for the first time (my crew). High rates vs Low rates

whats the advantages/disadvantages and benefits to rowing at high and low rates? I've been curious about this in specific for a long time. Share your thoughts.

You could row lightweight (165 I believe). So train hard and get that 2k down!
