Hey Dave. Nice to meet you as well. There doesn't seem to that many of us running 'rowwing' around here. Where are you based. I'm in Pietermaritzburg KZN.

I haven't done a 2k yet. Did the 666 this morning in 2:08 and also did a 1 min covering 341 m. Am trying to recalibrate expectations on the Concept2. I think you are right when you say about a 7 Min on the 2k.

Hi all.

Been doing CrossFit for about 5 months. Sat on a rower and the numbers suggested I was a natural world beater. Got really excited till I found a Concept2 rower. Now I'm just average . That said, I'm keen to do some more of this rowing stuff. Looking forward to rowing with you guys.
