Have picked up a hamstring injury with sore tendon on outside of right knee. Probably some form of tendonitis caused by upping training volume too soon in the last couple of weeks. It's not too bad but feel a little bit sore after sitting down at my desk. Will rest up for a few days - hopefully not...
