I just purchased the Dark Horse rowing program for asensei. I have tried Erics and enjoyed that, it certainly made my return top the rower easier. Hopefully Shanes program ( which isn't cheap but come with 30 day trial period) will be worthwhile. I like his approach, he come across as a genuinely ni...

Asensei app is worth a look. A mix of programs about to be launched by the look of it. Its an ios app, maybe on android not sure sorry

There are lots of options available for training plans but I have been pleasantly surprised by Asensei. After a little initial disappointment over how little of an interface there is you get stuck into rowing and the simplicity of the app shines. I think there is real scope here to be game changing....
