I have to have a total knee replacement surgery in the not too distant future, is there anyone on this forum who has had the same and are still rowing and can give me advise to getting back on the rower

Hi All, I’ve just completed the April fools challenge on my rower, I started at 5k and worked up until I completed a half marathon today, I mainly did interval training until today when I completed the half, I must admit been hard going, how some are putting in120,000 metres a day I don’t know :wink...

So on the Average meters honour board for indoor rowing only, someone has averaged nearly 100k a day, that’s some feat. 🥳

I dont know if a lot of you are in the same way of thinking as but if you look at some of the prizes on offer in the challenges, if people are that desperate to win I’m sure there are ways to manipulate the system, not that there are any on here that would :roll: :lol: :twisted:

Fair Play to them both, excess 32 million is some going, must be eat, row, eat row, eat row, sleep everyday, hope they have Christmas and Easter Day off for a rest

ive just read the 32 Million meters and that's over 87,000 a day, every day with out a break, and this season isn't over yet. I would like their job where I could stay on the machine all day.
