There's nothing to check really as the units are new (both battery and firmware). What's the outcome for you if you try with erg data with and without heart rate?

In what country are you in? I contacted local support. What did they tell you aside from checking battery and firmware? Let us know if that works for you but to me that wouldn’t be acceptable as I use RowPro and other apps that leverage the heat rate monitor connected to the PM5.

Mmh I was thinking about that as well but it's still a bug, wether it's in software/PM5 or at the hardware/sensors level and not acceptable for what's supposed to be the Ferrari of ergs. It's like you get a Ferrari and after a few rides you discover your tachometer has weird spikes. Concept2 quality...

I have the same problem even though the spikes are less frequent, 4 days old brand new Model D. What's the outcome for you?
Local support told me they will get back to me.

Maybe a workaround for this would be to have rowpro sync to concept2 logbook and then use manually sync with the ergdata app so that it can pull the workout from the c2 logbook.. In theory it should then add the workout to HealthKit?

Why can't the PM5 connect via bluetooth and USB at the same time? Basically I want to use RowPro for training plans but save that activity on the activity app on iOS as well (so HealthKit). I could do that by doing a rowing workout on the Apple Watch while the PM5 is connected via USB to RowPro but ...

Not that useful to me to see just a bigger old school dashboard. Point of a big screen is to run simulations like Zwift or a better RowPro.

This would actually make a lot of sense. Native Apple TV app, just like Zwift. Hopefully they will just add native rowing capability soon

P.S. has anyone tried the Zwift training programs on the rower and which ones would be more suitable?

Hi Exerscreen, in that case how do you track heart rate? In Zwift I use my Apple Watch as HRM thanks to the Zwift Companion app. I'll test to see if that works well with the rower as well otherwise I was planning to get a Wahoo Tickr as HRM so that heart rate can also show up on the PM5 and rowpro. ...
