Had a response from customer support.
and it reads this:
'Apologies for the issue - there's a bit of a (one-off) delay in graphs getting uploaded. It may take a few more hours, but eventually it will appear.'

I sent an email to concept2 last night. Hoping for a reply later. Did a work out today and the same thing and I also tried the other machines in the gym, Logged there workout and no graph or export buttons. Nothing has changed on my usual machine, apart from new batteries! Thought it might have been...

Hi everyone. I'm new here. I have uploaded my workout today onto my logbook and looking at it I can't see the graph on the workout. However, on old logbook entries, (mainly last week!) the graph is shown. I did look at my workout from the memory on the pm5. I wouldn't have thought that might have do...
