If she pairs her ErgData with the pm5 when she rows will that also solve the problem?

Same issue. Did you resolve it? My wife and I both use our model D with PM5. Her workouts are getting recorded in my ErgData because I am nearby in the house when she rows. I don’t have the ERGData app open though when she rows. I don’t think she is using ErgData every time - maybe that would make a...
